WA Career Pathway Planner

Compare selected Perth and Western Australian university pathways by published ATAR guide, Year 12 subjects, earnings data and how AI may change the work. Adjust the ATAR estimate and subjects to see which published prerequisites appear to match.

Planning guide, not an admissions prediction. Requirements can change before you apply. Pay figures are approximate Australian full-time worker medians, annualised from weekly data; they are not graduate starting salaries or guaranteed earnings.

Sources, dates and limitations
  • Course entry: current published WA entry guides from TISC and university pages, checked for 2026–27 admission. A Year 10 student should recheck course details when choosing Year 11 subjects and again before applying.
  • Earnings: Jobs and Skills Australia occupation profiles, using ABS Employee Earnings and Hours, May 2025. Weekly full-time medians are multiplied by 52 for display. These figures cover workers at different experience levels and some are broad occupation groups.
  • AI task exposure: a qualitative guide to which tasks may change as AI tools are adopted. It is not a prediction of job loss or a guarantee of job security.
  • ATAR guides, prerequisites, selection tests and interviews are course-specific. “At or above guide” does not guarantee an offer. Check English competency, WACE eligibility, UCAT, interviews and any major-specific rules directly with the university and TISC.
