Information we may collect
ToolLott may receive information you provide directly through our Contact page or another feature you intentionally use. Hosting and security services may also process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages and timestamps where reasonably necessary to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, investigate faults, understand service performance and improve ToolLott.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The current source includes a provider-neutral analytics event layer that does not send an outbound analytics request by itself and is designed not to include tool input values, uploaded file contents or filenames. If ToolLott enables an analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking provider, we will review the data sent, update this policy where needed and apply consent or choice controls where required by applicable law. Essential browser storage and hosting or security controls may still be used to operate and protect the site.
Tool and file processing
Many ToolLott utilities run locally in the browser. Some disclosed document, PDF, media or conversion tools may send the selected file to ToolLott's self-hosted processing runtime for the requested operation. In the current runtime design, uploaded and generated files are kept only in a request-scoped temporary workspace and are removed after the request completes or fails; ToolLott does not provide persistent user-file storage. Hosting or security infrastructure may still create ordinary technical logs. Do not submit secrets or material you are not authorised to process.
AI-dependent features
The current launch package does not activate external model-backed AI processing. AI-dependent concepts are incubated rather than presented as functional public tools. If an external model or provider is activated later, the relevant processing path, material limitations and privacy implications must be disclosed before public use.
Contact-form information
If you submit the Contact form, the details you choose to provide may include your name, email address, mobile number, page or tool reference, subject and message. We use that information to review and respond to your enquiry, support request or feedback. Do not include passwords, payment details, identity documents, health records or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Sharing and retention
ToolLott does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers where reasonably necessary to host, secure or operate the website, deliver requested communications, comply with law or protect rights and security. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to legal and operational requirements.
Your choices and rights
You may contact ToolLott to ask about personal information you have provided directly to us. Privacy rights and remedies vary by jurisdiction and may include rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
