Information we may collect
ToolLott may receive information you provide directly, such as messages sent by email. Hosting, security and analytics services may also collect standard technical information, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and timestamps.
How information is used
Information may be used to operate and secure the website, respond to enquiries, diagnose faults, understand usage and improve products.
Cookies and analytics
The current source includes a provider-neutral analytics event layer that does not send an outbound analytics request by itself and is designed not to include tool input values, uploaded file contents or filenames. If an analytics provider is intentionally enabled later, ToolLott must review the data sent, update this notice where needed and apply consent controls where applicable. Essential browser storage or hosting/security controls may still be used to operate and protect the site.
File and AI processing tools
Many ToolLott utilities run locally in the browser. Some disclosed codec, document and PDF tools send the selected file to ToolLott's self-hosted processing runtime for the requested operation. In the current runtime design, uploaded and generated files are kept only in a request-scoped temporary workspace and are deleted after the request completes or fails; ToolLott does not provide persistent user-file storage. Hosting or security infrastructure may still create ordinary technical logs. The current launch package does not activate external model-backed AI processing; AI-dependent concepts are incubated rather than presented as functional public tools. Do not submit secrets or material you are not authorised to process.
Sharing and retention
Information is not sold. It may be shared with service providers where reasonably required to operate the website, comply with law or protect rights and security. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
